LuminX Cool Waterproof Primer is a high-performance, water-based acrylic primer engineered to provide superior adhesion, surface sealing, and moisture resistance for roof and exterior substrates. Designed as a preparatory layer for the LuminX High SRI Cool Roof Coating System, it enhances coating durability while contributing to improved thermal performance and long-term waterproofing.

Formulated with advanced polymer technology, the primer penetrates deep into porous surfaces, binds loose particles, and creates a uniform, stable base for subsequent coatings. It is compatible with a wide range of substrates including RCC roofs, plastered surfaces, metal sheets (with appropriate anti-corrosive treatment), asbestos sheets, and previously coated surfaces.
